St Cuthbert’s Retirement Living Complexes Inc is a non profit organization committed to providing the highest value of retirement accommodation. St Cuthbert’s Village has 2 unique styles of complexes, both are designed for the active 60 year olds who are still independent but like the peace of mind and security a Retirement Village has to offer.  St Cuthbert’s is an independent living complex and we do not provide ongoing care for residents requiring residential aged care services.

Mission Statement:

To provide affordable retirement accommodation in a safe Anglican Christian village environment in the Tweed Heads / Gold Coast area without discrimination.

To assist in the ordered enjoyment and freedom of residents and their guests with a minimum of intrusion on the rights and privacy of all.

St. Cuthbert’s Retirement Living Complexes was established as an adjunct to the Anglican Parish of Tweed Heads to provide “a safe and carefree lifestyle for the active aged” and opened by the Bishop of Grafton Diocese in September 1978.
